June 11 Portion controlI've been trying to crunch some numbers on how much ribs and food I need to get for the BBQ.
Wife wanted one and half pounds per person ! which with our new figures comes in at a whopping 45 pounds ... Can I go to the grocery store and just get 45 pounds of ribs now sounds like a legitimate question. And is it possible to cook that amount? I'll let you know if we BBQ the swine flu away.... Red snapper is being replaced by tilapia a cheaper fish apparently the star found out so they told on them.
How about steak restaurants serving sirloin steak and calling it New York strip steak. Every chain restaurant does it and this is way worse than this sushi scandal.
How about chain restaurants serving "riblets" or "ribs" when they are just crap pork bone chunks and not actual real baby back or side ribs? Just because its a bone doesn't mean its a rib. Animal have bones everywhere.
