This doesn't exist the resell of a sportsbet  ..... I was thinking this at the beginning of the hockey season ... "my team" the Flames were something like 20-1 or 15 to 1 odds of winning the Cup in Vegas * at the start of the season and I thought the odds were pretty good so I sent out an email saying we should put together a small wager.

 

Anyways, the Clevand Cavs were were 15 to 1 and now are only 2 to 1 odds. So why can't you sell your 15 to 1 ticket for a profit? If you bet $100, wouldn't that ticket be worth at least $1000 bucks now before the playoffs start.

 

 

 

There was alarming medical study on eating red meat last week. You can basically eat one slice of red meat a week or you might die so be very very careful ... so I decided to roast a duck last week.

 

 

 

I know I know, how do you get the duck so crispy and juicy? You have to steam or boil the duck before you roast it in the oven ...  Ducks are extremely chubby birds but super tasty too.

 

Question of the day, who eats less than one ounce of meat a day .. A normal sized steak is at least 14 ounces so you can can maybe cut one small piece of that steak and then save the rest for the next 14 days.

I always get confused at Loblaws self checkout when I buy tomatoes... they don't have it registered as a vegetable when you look at the pictures so I type it in and evitably get about 15 different types of tomatoes.

 

So today, I tried to see if it had it registered as a fruit, afterall, thats what we were told in our childhood education.

 

But it wasn't there either and I had to type it TOMATO again and they it came up with another 15 varieties.

 

Memo to Loblaws - Have a picture of a Tomato as the self serve checkout.

Due to the poor eco-climate, I decided to purchase a lawn mower at Costco this weekend and mow my own lawn this year. When I arrive home, we can't get the mower out of the backseat. So after I had to cut the box out and barely was able to squeeze the mower out of the car.

 

 

Reading the manual for these things is super confusing .. what the eck is a mulcher ?

 

I hate Rogers ..... I pay $35/month just to watch hockey b/c Rogers censors Rogers sportsnet region feeds to get $35 per month. For this $35, I don't even get the TSN HD feed for hockey games either. Then every year, I get into a fight over the final bill b/c you have to cancel your suscription one month before you want it cancelled in order to not get billed $35. Yes, so this year I call ahead and then they tell me, I can't cancel it on next month but next month and 2 weeks since "my billing cycle" "happens" to be 17th and not the 7th. Then I get my $35 service cancelled "accidently" today and have to call them for 15 minutues.  FU Rogers.

 

Just say no ! A wrap? How'd about bringing back the McRib . Now that's an idea.

got up this morning thinking i was going on this ski trip with the Tdot Outdoor Club.

 

Arrive at the ski hill with our carpool and realize it is cross country skiing* ! There are cross country ski hills in Ontario that people pay money for. They are groomed with trails. The groom them with thin indents in the trail so you put your skis into and then ski on them .

 

It wAs fun for the first 12 km.

 

 

I thought I was going downhill skiing !

 

and yes, all cross country skiiers dress like this.
