I just booked a cross country flight for $900 and the return isn't even direct ! How am I so smart, I booked through a human being as opposed to a computer.

Me - I would like to book two flights to YYC but I don't have enough points on one of my cards so I want to use two separate cards but I want to make sure I get on the same flight.

Operator - That is no problem. There is a limit of $900 per flight just to let you know.

Me - Yes, I am aware of that. I want to book flight X on day X.

Operator - Okay, that is fine. Here is your confirmation Alpha Romo Gamma.

Me - Just to make sure, there is enough seats for at the price range for two.

Operator - Yes, but I have to book separately.

30 minutes later after collecting all the info ...

Operator - Okay, the 2nd ticket comes to $1000, $800 plus $200 of taxes. Should I charge your credit card like the last transaction.

Me - (WTF ! I am using points !!!!! why would I want to pay $1000 for a ticket and also use up my points for a free nation wide ticket with no restrictions other than the $900 limit)

Me - I thought you said there were two tickets available.

Operator - Oh, the return for the 2nd ticket now comes to $1,000 so the total comes to $1,900 minus your $900 points credit for any flight.

Me - but I just told you that I need two tickets to use my points on both tickets. My point was to use the points to get a free ticket and not pay any additional money other than the tax.

Operator - Confused why I don't want the ticket .....

Operator - The only way I can do a ticket under $900 is if you fly through Regina.

Me - WTF !

That would make the NBA quite entertaining.

I was confused by the heading, Ford Models match Asian reliability leaders ... seems alittle weird. Then  I read its Ford Cars and not Ford Models as in human runway models.

I've only watch glimpses of CBC's new show - Battle of the Blades with former hockey players figure skate . Sounds so funny and hilarious. I don't get it. I like figure skating in the Olympics, I like hockey, it doesn't mean I want them mixed together. I like chicken wings, I like chocolate but I don't mix old chicken wings and expired chocolate together.

You know what stock you should buy - Newspapers. Everyone reads the paper on the freakin free internet so you should pay someone to deliver a paper copy to your house.

I get about 10 calls a day trying to get me to subscribe me to newspaper ... you can get free toasters, etc etc ...

Anyways, now I get children coming to my door to solicit for the Toronto Star and Sun.

Last week, a teenager came getting me to subscribe by talking about his/her college scholarship program and the newspaper subscriptions. I think he said he was about 10 subscriptions away from getting a scholarship.

Then, today, I got a six year old boy come by himself to get me to subscribe.

Next week, a baby will appear on my door step with a note on it asking me to subscribe.

There is alot of outrage over apparently the obvious, but I am outraged by how ridiculously unfunny this commercial is.

Went shopping for dog food in the Beaches at a "specialty dog food store" .... where the sales guy was trying to sell us organic dog chow. When I said all dried dog food is the same  ... the dog food expert replied feeding IAMS dog food is similar to feeding them McDonalds .. I was alittle confused since my dog won't eat one piece of the thousands of chicken mcnuggets I feed it everyday.
